Welcome to the home page for the Accounts Payable Division of the County Clerk's Office of Douglas County, Kansas.

Accounts Payable is part of the Douglas County Clerk's Office and is responsible for paying all invoices for goods and services purchased by the Douglas County, Kansas Government. All payments are approved by the Douglas County Board of County Commissioners. In addition, Accounts Payable is responsible for issuing employee reimbursement checks, auditing the County's purchasing card transactions, and 1099 reporting to the IRS.
