Map sizes are 1" equal 400' for the undeveloped rural areas, 1" equal 200' for developing rural areas and 1" equal 100' for all cities and fully developed areas. -

Property ownership information, ownership-legal information and valuation documents are available to the property owner at no charge. Copies of this type of information on other properties is available at $.50 per copy. -
Customized computer generated reports are available at a cost of a $15.00 set up fee, the cost of computer time and $.25 per page of output. Call the office at (785) 832-5135 for a cost estimate. Douglas County e-Government is available for $360/year, with unlimited usage. Online users can access the District Court filings, property transfers, ownership, personal property, and real estate data.
